Level 1 - Being Present - Online Course

Course Overview

You can now complete our Level 1 training from the comfort of your own home.  We are now providing an online version of our Level 1 - Being Present course, which gives an in-depth personal practice experience of our Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC). The course is designed so that beginners can engage with the materials, as well as established practitioners who are looking to deepen their practice and enter the teacher training pathway. The course is offered in the format of 16 x 2.5hr live online sessions, delivered fortnightly over a period of approximately 7 months.  The course enables participants to establish an effective and regular daily mindfulness practice so as to help our minds to settle and stabilise. There is a brief break towards the end of the training for personal practice time. Completing this course qualifies you for: Mindfulness Level 2 - Responding with Compassion  Teacher Training
