Join Fay Adams online for a free Taster Session and an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Fay’s now traditional New year Course!
Suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners alike.
This course offers a light-hearted yet profound way to contemplate your life as it is, in order to see it with fresh eyes.
What better time than the beginning of a new year to reconnect with what matters most to you and be present to the inherent wonder of your life!
We’ll take a journey into the heart of our daily moments and each week we’ll contemplate our everyday experiences from a different angle, working with awareness, breath, body and heart, mindful activity, and mindful reflection.
A lovely way to ease in to the new year, with a group of likeminded companions.
