We offer you a warm welcome to the Mindfulness Association and hope you will benefit from our training. We believe our prices are reasonable compared to similar offerings, but we recognise the reality of social inequality and financial disparities that means “reasonably priced” means something different to different people. Therefore, we want to make some places on each course available to people who would otherwise not be able to access this training. This comes with the option to ‘pay it forward’ and donate whatever amount feels comfortable to the Everyone Project Charity.

The Everyone Project is a Mindfulness Association run initiative which funds 8-week mindfulness courses that are being offered for free to underprivileged groups. A significant proportion of our yearly income, as well as donations from other participants also go to this charity which is run entirely by volunteers.

Do you need support with attending a course?

If you’d like to make use of this offer, first a question: have you already completed an MBLC course or Level 1: Being Present course?

If no –

Then the first step is to see whether you like our approach to mindfulness, by completing the Living Mindfully which you will be invited to when you submit the form if you qualify.

This is an email-based course of video teachings and guided practices which you can complete in your own time. When you have finished the Living Mindfully taster course, your details will be submitted for the course (either online or in-person) that you would like to complete.

If yes

Then please apply for support for a course via the Widening Access Initiative button.

Please note that financial support for courses via the Widening Access Initiative is limited to one per applicant per year.

If you are able to make a financial contribution towards this course, then please make a donation of what you can afford to the Everyone Project, so as to support others in accessing a Mindfulness course.
