Creating Healthy Boundaries for a Healthy Life
During this weekend course we will be using mindfulness, self-compassion and insight meditation techniques to support us in recognising where we need to set boundaries in our life to support our physical and mental wellbeing. As part of this investigation we will be exploring topics of developing our personal agency and living authentically in accordance with our values. There will also be plenty of time for asking questions and discussion about the components that make up a healthy life, including nutrition, movement, sleep and rest and stress management.
The course will be led by meditation teacher Heather Regan-Addis and Ki (Michaela) James a dietitian with 30 years’ experience of clinical work in the NHS.
The retreat can be attended in person at Samye Ling
