Mindfulness Level 1 – Third Winter Intake
Monday Evenings Online
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Monday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts.

Part 1- 24th February, 10th March, 24th March and 7th April 2025
Part 2- 28th April, 12th May, 26th May and 9th June 2025
Part 3- 23rd June, 7th July, 21st July and 4th August 2025
Part 4- 8th September, 22nd September, 6th October and 20th October 2025
Times: 19.00pm-21.30pm
