Mindfulness Level 1 – Winter Intake
Monday Evenings Online
This is the introduction to our Level 1: Being Present Mindfulness Training taught on a Monday evening. It can be taken in isolation as a retreat or a refresher for those already with a Mindfulness practice or is a perfect way to begin a Mindfulness journey. After the first part you can choose to continue to complete the course over three further parts.

Part 1- 28th October, 11th November, 25th November and 9 December 2024 with Tina Gilbert
Part 2- 13th January, 27th January, 10th February and 24th February 2025 with Kristine Janson
Part 3- 10th March, 24th March, 7th April and 28th April 2025 with Kristine Janson
Part 4- 12th May, 26th May, 9th June and 23rd June 2025 with Kristine Janson
Times: 19.00pm-21.30pm

You will be contacted after attending the first part to book the following three parts, these can be paid for in six monthly instalments of £82.50.
