If you have completed an 8 Week MBLC course or our Level 1 Mindfulness training you can book onto this course and begin your journey into compassion.
If you have completed a different 8 week Mindfulness course then complete our Mindfulness Level 2 – Responding with Compassion before joining the compassion training which will provide you with some of the core practices of the Mindfulness Association.
