Join us this month in noticing. Set an intention this month to use what’s happening around you to connect with what’s happening within.
Each day our calendar offers a prompt inviting us to pause to notice how December fills with little changes all around…Christmas trees and decorations, Christmas lights, sights and sounds. It is all too easy to get swept up in the doing of it all. And in nature, we can notice the shapes of the tree branches again, notice how the frosty mornings make us feel. In this way we see and we pause to feel how the outer environment makes us feel inside. Mindfulness helps us to notice how the outer world and our inner worlds are inextricably connected.
