Ease into April this month with our Responding to Stress April Calendar.
Sometimes stress has a way of sneaking up on us. Our mindfulness calendar this month gives us an opportunity each day to pay attention, to become present and aware with the habits of our minds and bodies and to notice if we are moving into a stress zone.
Follow the prompts on the calendar each day to check in; by checking in with curiosity and care, we become better at responding to the affects of stress that sometimes go unnoticed.
How am I feeling in this moment? How is my breath? Am I tense or relaxed? Is this a pattern when this particular thing happens?
