(PLEASE READ SAFETY INFORMATION)
During the challenging times of the pandemic, we found that the need for connecting came to the foreground. Maybe life is still unfolding for you and you are experiencing worries about the future, or just adjusting to getting back to a new normal life.
Whatever your circumstances we feel that a daily moment of connecting and meditating with others might be good medicine and so we are continuing to provide a twice daily free meditation online weekdays.
All our online guided meditations are led by one of our experienced tutors and during the evening sessions, there is the opportunity to stay and chat after the meditation.
Do join us, any or every day for a nourishing practice and the sense of connection and togetherness, whatever else is happening!
Are You Looking for a Daily Meditation Online?
Our free mindfulness meditations are totally free. They are live guided meditations lead by one of the Mindfulness Association team of tutors. All the information you need on how to join is below, we look forward to seeing you there!
Is it a Regular Meditation Group?
No, it will be a different tutor and group for each session. However, it is very much a community feel and many of the members of our mindfulness community join the practices each day, with new people joining all the time.
We also have a membership community. As part of the membership, members join two free online weekends per year, where the tutors will guide various teachings and meditations. These are held in Spring and Autumn each year.
Every other Thursday evening at 7pm there is a guided teaching and meditation with one of the tutors specifically for the members. This is recorded and added to a series of practices and resources available on the members website.
If you are looking for a meditation group, our membership is a great way to become part of a mindfulness meditation community and reap the many other benefits. Head over to our Membership page to find out more.
How do I Join the Daily Meditation?
- To join the daily meditation, read the safety information first and then click the button which will connect you to a Zoom meeting, where the guided meditation is held.
- There is no need to sign up.
- One of our tutors will open the session, welcome everyone and guide a meditation.
- The meditations run at 10:30am and 7pm Monday – Friday. At the 7pm session, there will be a group sharing after the meditation until 8pm. Participants find this beneficial as they are able to meet the tutor and other members of the meditation community.

Mental Health
If you have recently received or are currently receiving treatment from a psychiatrist, psychotherapist or counsellor for an ongoing mental health problem, we strongly advise that you obtain advice from your mental health professional before proceeding further with these practice sessions at this time.
Traumatic Life Events
If you have recently or are currently going through a traumatic life event such as a separation from a long term partner, the death of a close family member or friend or redundancy, this may or may not be the best time for you to continue with these practice sessions. This very much depends on where you are at in your practice journey, your current psychological health and the support networks that you have around you, such as friends, family and mental health professionals.
Medicines and Treatments
If you are currently taking medication for a mental health condition, then we recommend that you do not change your medication, other than in close collaboration with your medication prescriber.
Check First
If any of these circumstances apply to you, then we recommend, that if you have not done so already, you contact one of our tutors to discuss your situation and the support networks you have in place and to explore how best to proceed with your mindfulness practice.
The Mindfulness Association is an inclusive organisation and we welcome people of all ages, genders (including gender identification), sexual orientation, abilities, race (including colour, nationality and ethnic or national origin) and religion or belief. Please contact Jacky via membership@mindfulnessassociation.net if you have any concerns or experiences of exclusion during the course.
Also, please get in touch if you need any additional support to access this training.
