At the Mindfulness Association we believe mindfulness is something that can benefit you (and those around you!) and we are here to help you on your journey. From first steps, through mindfulness, compassion, insight and wisdom training, you can also learn to teach mindfulness or study mindfulness and compassion at post graduate masters level.
