Snuggle down, cosy up, it’s time for some Mindful Hygge!
Look after yourself! That’s the theme for this month’s mindful hygge calendar. Hygge is a word used in Norwegian and Danish (pronounced Hoo-guh) which suggests time out, cosy-making and rest, or enjoying times with friends or alone. You can download the calendar to support your informal mindfulness in daily life, day by day. Daily prompts on social media stories on facebook and instagram could also help to keep you on track.
