As we take note of all the small changes that happen around us in every moment – how might it be to stay present and mindful, becoming aware of the full range of change that we are going through in our lives? In each moment from the out-breath and in-breath, our movements and sensations, our minds and bodies are in constant flux.

NOVEMBER COURSES
Mindful Qigong with Insight – Starting 5 November Online. – This course is for those who have already completed a Mindful Qigong Course or Weekend.
Level 2 Compassion – Starting 12 November Online – This course is for those who have already completed Level 1 Mindfulness or an 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course
Mindfulness & Movement in Nature (Modules 2-4) 15-17 November at Samye Ling. – This course is for those who have already completed an introductory Mindfulness Weekend or Module 1 online.
Online Practice Day: Mystical Poetry of Gratitude and Awe – 16 November.
Mindfulness Level Four: Wisdom — This course is for those who have already completed our Insight Course.
