I work as a Clinical Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I am neurodivergent and I have a keen interest in working with neurodivergent professionals. I hold an MSc in Adolescent Psychotherapy, a Post Grad in Mindfulness Studies, a BA Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Dip. in Supervision. I also work as a college lecturer delivering Mindfulness modules for Psychotherapists in Ireland. I am interested in supporting and nurturing Mindfulness Teachers of all levels of experience. As a Mindfulness teacher, supervisor and lecturer I abide by the the good practice guidelines of BAMBA.
