This month marks the start of a new year long course that is being run by Dr. Rick Hanson, who happens to be the author of our book club selection ‘Buddha’s Brain: The Practical Neuroscience of Happiness, Love and Wisdom’. Join in on the conversation on member’s website

The course is called The Foundations of Well-Being: A Year of Growing Good in Your Brain and in Your Life and offers access to a plethora of  teaching exports on the subject. Looking at the line up, I feel like a kid in a candy store in regards to the knowledgable, renowned experts in the field of Mindfulness and Compassion and Neuroscience . I mean, every name on my book shelf is involved in this course: Tara Brach, Jack Kornfield, Sharon Salzberg, Dan Siegal, Paul Gilbert, Roshi Joan Halifax and the list goes on.
